3. Sharing and Processing of Information

We do not sell personal data. We disclose or permit processing of personal information only as follows:

• Service providers: contracted cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, security and content-delivery providers may process the minimum information necessary to perform services for us. They are bound by confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations and may not use the information for their own purposes.
• Legal and compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or court order, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or property.

• You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some Service features may not function correctly.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our agreements.

Content Retention

We store uploaded content and AI-Generated Content so that you can access your content and use the Service. Content remains available until you delete it or request deletion of your account. We do not automatically publish your content.

Content Deletion

When you delete individual content, or when we complete a verified account-deletion request, the deletion is irreversible and the content is permanently removed from active systems. Limited records may be retained only where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or bookkeeping. These retained records do not include copies of your deleted uploaded or generated content unless retention is legally required.

6. International Transfers

• Your information may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, where privacy laws may differ.
• Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• access, correct or delete your personal data;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• receive a portable copy of certain data;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal; and
